Keep one traceable timeline
Keep the transaction type, amount, date, time and reference together. Record the status shown by each party separately. A wallet debit and an operator credit are different entries; one does not prove that the other has completed.
Use one case reference for follow-up where possible. If the provider and operator give different answers, attach the same timeline to your next message and ask which record or processing stage explains the difference.
| Item | Detail |
|---|---|
| Provider debit | Evidence that money left, or was reserved in, the wallet; check the actual provider status. |
| Operator deposit credit | Evidence of a balance entry in the correct betting account. |
| Withdrawal request | A request identifier and status, not proof of receipt by the wallet. |
| Provider payout reference | The reference needed to trace a released payment with the provider. |
A message you can complete before contacting support
Write: “I am tracing a [deposit/withdrawal]. The amount was [amount] TZS at [date/time]. The original reference is [reference]. My provider shows [status]; my Betway account shows [status]. Please confirm the missing stage and whether any action is required from me.”
Complete this message privately in the official support channel, not on this website. Do not include a PIN, password or one-time code. Keep any sensitive receipt out of public comments.
When an account check is involved
A payment delay does not by itself establish that a document is missing. If the account actually shows a verification request, use the document helper to prepare the right question. Do not submit unrelated documents to guess what the operator wants.
There is no commercial invitation on this page. Resolving an existing money problem does not require a new deposit or an additional wager.
Questions and answers
Can this tool check my payment status?
No. It selects a practical investigation route from your description and does not connect to an operator or wallet.
Should I send a second deposit if the first is missing?
First establish the original transaction’s status with the provider and operator. A new payment creates another transaction, not a trace of the first.
Does pending mean rejected?
No. Keep the exact status and ask which stage or account action remains outstanding.
Can I submit my receipt here?
No. This site does not collect receipts, PINs, account identifiers or identity documents.
