Which Betway registration page should you use?
The Tanzania service uses betway.co.tz. Its English interface is available at en.betway.co.tz. A page using a similar name, a different country ending or an unfamiliar download address is not equivalent.

The published terms describe one customer account. Creating another profile to solve a password problem can introduce duplicate-account issues instead of restoring access to the original account.
